Delete your ReadIM account
This public page lets you request deletion even if you no longer have the Android app installed.
Request deletion
Send the request from the email address linked to your ReadIM account and include your username. This helps us verify that the request concerns your account.

- your account, profile and sign-in information;
- your profile photo, memberships, contacts and account settings;
- push-notification tokens and account data that is no longer required.
Messages or content already delivered or published may remain in another member’s copy or in group history when needed to keep conversations understandable, generally shown as coming from a deleted profile. Limited moderation or security evidence may also be retained when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.
ReadIM may ask for additional verification before processing a request if necessary to protect the account from an unauthorized deletion request.
