These terms apply to the one-time purchase of ReadIM Premium Search access on the web. There is no automatic renewal.

2. Service purchased

Premium Search unlocks, for the purchased period, usernames, profile opening and permitted contact actions in ReadIM’s global filtered search, as well as username suggestions that help discover members. Group features and exact-username lookup remain governed by the free-service rules shown in ReadIM. Search results depend on the members available, their settings, moderation rules and the filters selected; no minimum number of matching profiles is guaranteed.

3. Price, payment and duration

The total price shown immediately before payment is the price charged in euros. Payment is processed by PayPal. ReadIM does not store the payer’s bank-card credentials. Access lasts 30 days from activation. A new purchase made while access is still active extends the existing expiry date by the configured access period. This purchase does not renew automatically.

4. Activation and order confirmation

The customer expressly asks for the service to start immediately by ticking the checkbox shown before the PayPal button. Access is activated after PayPal confirms the payment. ReadIM then sends a confirmation email containing the main transaction and access information. The payment and entitlement records are kept for customer-service, accounting, security and dispute-management purposes.

5. Right of withdrawal

Where French or other applicable consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for a distance service contract, the consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract. By asking for immediate activation, the consumer requests performance before that period ends. If the consumer validly withdraws after performance has started but before the withdrawal period expires, any amount due for the service already supplied is handled in accordance with applicable law. This clause does not remove any mandatory statutory right.

To exercise a withdrawal right, send an unambiguous request to support@readim.com, identifying the ReadIM account and purchase. The model below may be used.

6. Availability, misuse and suspension

Access is personal to the ReadIM account that made the purchase. It does not override blocks, moderation, privacy, group or messaging restrictions. Fraud, attempted circumvention, abuse or a suspended/deleted account may limit use of the service in accordance with ReadIM’s Terms of Use and applicable law.

7. Support, disputes and applicable mandatory rights

For a payment, activation or service problem, contact support@readim.com. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Any legally required consumer-mediation information must be completed by the seller according to its legal status before commercial launch if applicable.

8. Personal data

PayPal processes payment data under its own terms and privacy information. ReadIM stores the PayPal order/capture references, amount, status, payer email returned by PayPal when available, acceptance timestamp and access expiry needed to provide and administer the purchase.
